- Yoga Therapy: definition, scope, purpose
- Vedic teachings, Bagavat Ghita, Upanishads, Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika
- Yoga Therapist
- Code of Ethics
- Chakras Model
- 8 Limbs of Patanjali
- 5 Kleshas
- 5 Prana Vayu
- Koundalini
- Physical, mental, emotional diseases
Week 2
- 5 Koshas
- Kriyas
- Mudras
- Bandhas
- Asana
- Pranayama
- Meditation
- Ayurveda ( 3 gunas and 3 doshas, 5 elements, Ama)
- Nadis
- Marma Points

Case studies: one-to one and small groups, role playing
Examination process: 1 assignment and 1 written quiz
Investment: 920 euro (excl. 24% VAT)
It includes: 100 contact hour and 20 non contact hour

During the 120hr Yoga Foundations Course will cover the follows categories:
• Yoga Teachings and Philosophy
• Yoga and the Mind
• Framework for Health and Disease
Our course follows the Educational Standards for the Training of Yoga Therapists from International Association of Yoga Therapists (YAIT).

After completion of the course you will receive a certification of completion which allow you to continue your education with V Raja Yoga School or any Yoga School which follow the educational standards for the training of Yoga Therapists from IAYT as a Yoga Therapist in any 800 hr Yoga Therapy TTC.
The V Raja Yoga School is a member school from IAYT and the director of the course Vasiliki Raja is a certified yoga therapist from IAYT.

Week 2:
- 18 – 24 February 2019 week 2 (open for submissions)
- 16-21 march 2019 week 2 
Week 1 and 2: 
- 8-21 April 2019 (open for submissions)

Admission requirements: 
- 200-hour yoga teacher training, such as a Yoga Alliance 200-hour registered school program (RYS 200) or Yoga Alliance International or its equivalent.
- Two (2) years of teaching experience, with specifics to determined by the school
- Two (2) years of personal practice, with specifics to be determined by the school
